On 28 january 2025, we held a course in Qasigiannguit on service. The themes of the course were: good service, coordination in service work, communication, and the development of team collaboration.

The course was offered to all residents of Qasigiannguit. Participants came from various companies from Qasigiannguit. The course took place in the municipality’s meeting hall in Qasigiannguit, and 15 people participated.

During the course, participants worked with the theme “providing good service,” and they received instruction on how to approach and behave toward customers.

Qeqertalik Business Council continuously offers courses and counselling to strengthen business actors and support the development of companies.
