Do you want to make a difference within the hospitality industry?

Liisi Egede Hegelund will go to Qeqertalik to give a course in service and cultural understanding

The course is for you who are employed in a company or run a business yourself. During the course, you will acquire a number of competencies that will strengthen you in your professional work or support you in the development of your company.

Objectives for the course

- To give the course participants inspiration and tools to provide a good service

- To give the course participants tools for dealing with cultural differences, so that the good service is in focus.

- Correct and responsible service communication

Cultural understanding – other cultures and us

- Handling different types of inquiries

- Insight into the customer's motives and behavior

- Assessment of the guest's problems

- Strategies for actions in different situations

The course will be held in Greenlandic

The participation fee is DKK 2.000

NOTE travel and accommodation are not included in the participation fee.
